Refund Policy

01. Overview

At OneDezer Global, we strive to maintain transparency in all financial transactions. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued for payments made toward EV rentals, subscriptions, or security deposits.

02. Security Deposit Refund

  • Refundable security deposits are processed after successful vehicle return and verification.
  • Any damages, penalties, or outstanding dues may be deducted before refund.
  • Refunds are initiated within 7–10 business days after approval.

03. Subscription & Rental Payments

  • Subscription or rental fees once paid are generally non-refundable.
  • Refunds may be considered only in cases of service failure attributable to OneDezer Global.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

04. Failed or Duplicate Payments

If a payment is debited multiple times or fails due to a technical error, the excess amount will be automatically refunded within 5–7 business days.

05. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed via the original payment method through third-party gateways (Razorpay / PayU). Processing time may vary depending on your bank.
